Flying Probe Test
PILOT NEXT>Series is the new generation of flying probers featuring a renovated and sleek look thanks to the premium materials of the chassis, and innovative electrical worth discovering performances, undoubtedly the most complete flying probing test platform on the market.
Pilot BT for EV Battery Test
The increasing demand from the Electric Vehicles (EV) battery industry for electric cars has changed the high-volume production battery arrays test. To meet the most complex technical needs, Seica has designed and developed the PILOT BT flying prober for EV Battery Test, the latest addition to the NEXT> Series, which is a validated, verified and completely automated system to test full-size EV lithium ion battery packs.
Reverse Engineering
The best solution to automatize this long process for Reverse Engineering is the Pilot V8 Next Series tester by Seica. The PCB accessibility on both sides is a preliminary and mandatory condition to fully rebuild the netlist because this is the only way to learn connections between SMD components on opposite sides. The vertical architecture is the best mechanical damping because board vibrations are not increased by the force of gravity. Sophisticated but easy-to-use algorithms drastically decrease the total amount of tests, reducing the total reverse time and costs. The rebuilt data are ready to use to generate a test program by automatic procedures.
In-Circuit and Functional
the Compact series has been designed to maximize configurability to meet the most diverse test requirements, allowing the user to choose the configuration which best suits theapplication: in-circuit tester, functional test bench or a completely automated test solution which can be integrated directly in the production line.
Flying Bed of Nails for Panels Tester
"The new Pilot FX Next> Series platform revolutionizes in-circuit and functional panel test, bridging the gap between Bed of Nails and Flying Probe test.
Pilot FX Next> Series is the right compromise in productivity and flexibility, designed specifically to test panels. Thanks to an its revolutionary mechanical architecture, the system optimizes and shares test resources, including special, often costly, instrumentation.
Pilot FX Next> Series is not only about resource optimization, or innovation (there is nothing similar on the market today) or automating test; it is, above all, a breakthrough in the test philosophy."

Bare Board Tester
RAPID Next> Series is the line of Flying Probe testers for printed circuit boards (Bare Board Testers) with the highest performance available on the market. It meets the requirements of industry segments through models with horizontal or vertical architecture, 4 or 8 independent flying probes and a complete range of measurement techniques. Through architecture flexibility all unique market segments can be easily addressed due to the advanced hardware and software integration.
Functional Systems
The Valid line for functional testing includes a system range able to meet today’s and tomorrow’s requirements of military and aerospace electronics. The flexibility of the hardware and software tools enable providing in several configurations, test solutions which cover the third-level test requirements (Factory and Depot), as well as second-level requirements (Intermediate) and first level (Operational).
Instruments & Mini Ate
"In most manufacturing environments, the requirement of small size, portability and integration now also involves the automated test systems or ATE (Automatic Test Equipment).
For this reason, Seica has created the MINI Line, small-sized ATE, but with great potential in the different operational environments, combined with a very competitive price/performance ratio."

Laser Selective Soldering
Seica has its own line of Laser Selective Soldering systems, the Firefly Next> series line. Firefly NEXT>Series introduces a laser beam which is orthogonal to the solder joint, and the donut spot, to improve the focusing of laser energy where required, and offering suitability for very small-sized pads providing clear advantages in terms of applicability and process repeatability. A minimized footprint, efficiency and cleanliness (low maintenance), accompany a flexible, monitorable and certifiable soldering process, making the Firefly NEXT>Series Selective Soldering System the ideal soldering solution to resolve manufacturing issues, both in EMS (Electronic Manufacturing Services) and OEM industries, such as Automotive.
Optical Inspection AOI
Dragonfly is the Seica AOI line solutions for conformal coating and pin through hole inspection. Based on a fast and accurate scanner technology, Dragonfly THT allows the deep inspection of pin through hole devices solder joints, by eliminating the parallax error typical of camera based systems and it’s the perfect tool to be placed after wave or selective soldering equipments. Dragonfly CC has a similar architecture, but thanks to the additional UV light is suitable to inspect conformal coating on electronic boards, to identify where coating is missing or excessive, as well as very useful for solder balls detection, thanks to the fact that the system performs a full scan of the PCB under inspection. Dragonfly systems are fully SMEMA compliants and can be available in single side or double side configurations.
Industrial Monitoring
In recent years it was necessary to change the world of production, through the integration of digital technologies and management processes, with particular attention to energy savings and predictive monitoring of events. The ability to communicate enhances the production line with self-diagnostic and remote control capabilities. In addition, the smart factory allows to control energy consumption and to reduce costs and wastes.
